Unlike the RITE-Fit Bootcamps that are from beginner right the way to advanced gym goer, the RITE Fitness ‘Intensity’ program takes it up another level!

A functional fitness class that employs more advanced training techniques and workouts using a wide range of both equipment and body weight based exercises. The program employs a lot of both high intensity and increased endurance work so covers a full range of the training spectrum.

Work outs are completely unique and change on a daily basis and vary between, strength, power and endurance based routines with a mix of weights training, body weight routines and cardio work.

Olympic lifts, Battling Ropes, TRX Suspension Training, Kettlebells, Plyometric Boxes, Prowlers etc are just a few of the training tools that are used during the course of the program.

Like the RITE-Fit Bootcamps classes run on a 4 week cycle.

This program is open to both male and female athletes and will be scaled of course to suit these requirements.

Unlike the bootcamp classes that are open to all fitness levels this program will not be suitable for novice trainers unfortunately. A certain level of experience and fitness will be needed and classes will be at a limited number. If anyone has any queries about this don’t hesitate to send me a message.

Classes run:

Monday, Wednesday and Friday: 7-7:45am
Saturday: 10-11am

Program costs are as follows for the 4 weeks:

Monday, Wednesday and Friday: £60 new starts, £50 returning clients

Saturday only: £25
