Omega 3-6-9 Fish Oils are not widely publicised when people talk about supplements they take to accompany exercise or in their day to day life. Although if you look up any research on the internet you will find that these are the ones that should be considered top of the list! Omegas cannot be produced naturally by the body and must be consumed through diet, and due to a lot of elements missing from a lot of peoples diets through the make up of food now in society some people never consume them and therefore are at risk of losing out on the major benefits they provide and at risk of the illnesses which they aid in preventing.
Omega 3-6-9 has countless benefits, from general health benefits, to muscle gain to weight loss. I have listed just a few below to give you a brief idea:
- Decrease blood pressure and also the risk of death from heart attacks by lowering the triglyceride levels in the body
- Improves brain function
- Skin/Hair growth and bone development
- Aid in the fight against many cancers, allergies, and conditions such as ezcema and arthritis
- Improve functioning of the immune system
- Aid in lowering junk food cravings which aids in weight loss
- Promotes muscle growth and development
These are just a few of the advantages that can be gained from taking Omega 3-6-9. Omegas can be consumed through many foods, unfortunately in the majority of cases these are not the foods that are abundant in most peoples diets. Fresh fish, green leafy vegetables, olive oil, walnuts, avocados, pecans, cashews to name just a few examples. Outside of this supplementation is the only way to provide these in your diet.
Whether it is to aid in your gains in the gym, or most importantly simply for improving overall health I would strongly recommend people look into adding Omegas to their diet. If you can do it the natural way through the foods listed above, all the better. Although if these are not foods that you take in your day to day diet and you don’t fancy adding them in I would suggest adding an Omega 3-6-9 supplement to your everyday plan. Hope this was useful to some people, thanks again until next week!
